KizunaFlow AI provides a comprehensive conversational automation platform that enables businesses to design, deploy, and manage AI-powered chatbots across multiple channels including LINE, web chat, and email.
Our services include but are not limited to: no-code chatbot builder, natural language processing, CRM integrations, analytics dashboard, and customer support tools.

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
Subscription Plans and Billing
Our services are offered through various subscription plans with different features andge limits. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan.
All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms or required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

You retain ownership of all content you create using our platform, including chatbot configurations, conversation flows, and training data. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content as necessary to provide our services.
We retain ownership of our platform, software, and any improvements or modifications we make. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our proprietary algorithms or source code.
Data Processing and Privacy

When processing personal data through your chatbots, you act as the data controller and must ensure appropriate legal bases for processing and compliance with relevant privacy regulations.

Support is provided according to your subscription plan. We aim to respond to support requests promptly but do not guarantee specific response times except as outlined in enterprise service level agreements.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KizunaFlow AI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
This indemnification obligation includes reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred in defending against such claims.
Termination
Either party may terminate these terms at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease, and you must stop using our platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms or engage in activities that could harm our services or other users.
Governing Law and Disputes
